THE CTP GROUP (CTP) has been appointed as the official coordinator for the 2018 NECA Tri-District Meeting in Colorado Springs at the Broadmoor hotel (with an optional Cloud Camp post trip) and reservations may be obtained only through them. As space is limited, accommodations will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis according to the date and time your reservation and deposit is received by CTP.


We highly recommend that travelers protect themselves and their financial investments with travel insurance.  Travel insurance may provide coverage for cancellation and interruption of a trip due to unforeseen reasons, medical expenses and emergency transportation, travel delays and missed connections, and baggage protection.  Travelers may ensure all prepaid and nonrefundable payments against cancellation and interruption due to covered reasons.  If anything unforeseen happens, Travel Guard will be there to help with 24/7 assistance and service.   Select plans include coverage for Pre-existing medical conditions, financial default, and “Cancellation for Any Reason.”  Coverage varies by product.

A $1500 per registration deposit is required at time of registration. An additional deposit of $500 is due if you are participating in the Cloud Camp post-trip.  If you are paying by credit card, the deposit will be charged to the card immediately. Broadmoor conference package

  •  March 15, 2018:  Booking deadline (reservations still accepted after this date based on availability)
  •  March 22, 2018:  Reminder notice about final payment 
  •  May 2, 2018:  Final payment due

CANCELLATION PENALTIES:  Cancellations must be advised in writing to The CTP Group.

Broadmoor conference package

  • For cancellations from date of deposit until May 2, 2018:  The deposit is forfeit
  • For cancellations on or after May 3, 2018:  Nonrefundable

The CTP Group shall use its best efforts in the selection of qualified carriers, hotels, and other suppliers to provide transportation and services as described. Our responsibility is limited to the exercise of reasonable ability, diligence, and care on the part of our personnel and representatives in supplying the services described herein. In accepting these services, you agree that The CTP Group and National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) will be held harmless for the acts or defaults of the suppliers in performing these services which might result in delay, loss, damages, inconvenience or personal injury and for the consequences of events beyond our control including reasonably necessary changes in time schedules, itinerary and accommodations.
